Affiliate FAQ
1. How much does it cost to join your affiliate program?
Advanced Bionutritionals affiliate program is absolutely free to join. There are NO hidden fees and you may opt-out anytime you wish.
2. Can I refer myself?
If you join our affiliate program solely to refer yourself, your affiliate account will be terminated, and no commissions for those sales will be awarded.
3. I reside outside of the U.S., can I become an affiliate?
Yes! We welcome affiliates in most countries around the world. But we currently don’t ship to the following countries: Germany, Nigeria, South Africa, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore, Korea, Republic of Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, India, Ecuador, Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Philippines, Ghana
If you and your audience reside in one of these countries, we won’t be able to ship any orders to them.
4. How much commission do you pay?
The commission depends on the product. Current commission baseline is $40 per each sale you deliver.
5. When and how do I get paid?
Commission Payments - We pay commission fees for balances exceeding $100 (One Hundred and 00/100 U.S. dollars) on the 10th of each month for sales that occurred in the prior month. For example, on November 10th, we will pay commission fees for sales made in October.
New affiliates are subject to an initial 60-day trial period. During this time, commissions are held until the month following the trial period. For example, if you sign up on April 1st, you will be in the trial period until May 30th. All commissions earned during April and May would be paid on June 10 provided they meet the other commission payment requirements above. Thereafter each month’s eligible commissions will be paid on the 10th of the month for the prior month.
Commission Adjustments - Customer returns DO NOT cause adjustments to commission fees. However, we DO adjust commission fees for orders that we are unable to process and fulfill. For example, orders resulting from fraud would cause an adjustment.
Taxes on Commissions - You shall be responsible for paying taxes on your earnings derived from this relationship. Your commission fees may be adjusted if we are required to withhold taxes under applicable law.
6. What affiliate tracking system do you use?
We use Everflow for our affiliate marketing platform.
7. Do you use cookies to track sales?
No, we utilize postback tracking, also known as server-side tracking. This method is independent of the user’s browser. Postback tracking is more reliable, easier to troubleshoot, less prone to fraud. Postback tracking works on mobile devices, where pixel tracking doesn’t work on a smartphone or mobile device.
8. How do I get my creative and affiliate tracking links?
When you are logged in to our affiliate dashboard you will find banners, promotional emails, text links and logos. If you are having trouble locating them, please feel free to contact our affiliate manager: [email protected]. We want to make promoting our products as easy as possible for you. If there is something specific you would like that will help you promote our products, let us know and we’ll make sure to get it over to you.
