Bought this because I do not eat many fruits; vegetables more but still not a lot. I think it helps but it is difficult to tell since I take a lot of supplements. Really tastes good however, and I will continue to drink a glass a day. Would recommend it to any one.

This is the best tasting greens powder and it mixes easily in water without clumping. My husband and I have both been using it for one month now. He is 83 and I am 77. We both are feeling more energy and feel we are getting the nutrition we weren’t getting before. We look forward to taking it each day because it’s delicious! We’re hoping to feeling even better as we continue to take it!!!

I am a Chiropractor with an advanced degree in Clinical Nutrition. I have majored in nutrition for well over 40 years. Vegetables have never been my favorite.
