Blood sugar drops 25.8% and triglycerides plummet 35.9% in just 3 months!
In this double-blind, placebo-controlled study, half of the people took 500 milligrams of berberine twice a day for three months. The other half took placebo pills twice daily. Before they got started, everyone had their blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels measured.
Three months later, the people who took the placebo showed barely any change in their blood sugar levels. But those who took the berberine showed dramatically different results. Their fasting blood sugar had dropped by 20% on average!
