I am a Naturopathic and Chiropractic physician so I know human physiology. Two important nutrients for the heart is Ubiquinol and magnesium. I don't have a heart condition but occasionally I will notice my heart is working too hard in a resting state. You should not feel your heart in this way. I will take Ubiquinol with or without magnesium and within a short time my heart will beat more easily.
