My life prior to taking this product was sleeping daily until 11 to 11:30 AM eating and sleeping from 1:00 PM to 4 or 5 in the afternoon. I had no energy or desire to do anything. Within 2 days of taking two pills twice a day I was getting up at 8:00 AM and working on my lawn and doing a variety of tasks around the house and I did not go to sleep until 10: 30 PM.
